Organizing Your Files

The files in your WuliWeb hub can be organized as you would files on your hard drive. Folders can be created to structure your information by topic, file type, date or any system you can imagine.

The left navigation frame of your hub lists all your folders. Each folder will have one of the following icons signifying the type of folder that it is:

This signifies that you are the owner of this private (not shared) folder.

This signifies that you are the owner of this shared folder.

This signifies that you are NOT the owner of this shared folder.

When you select a folder name, a list of the files that are stored in it will appear in the right frame. From there you can choose the file you'd like to read. Double-clicking it will open it on top of the list, in the right frame.

You can add any number of new folders to organize your documents. When you are in My Files, select ADD and click ADD A NEW FOLDER. Type in a descriptive name and press ADD A NEW FOLDER. The folder will appear in the folder list. You can add additional folders on this screen or press CLOSE to close the screen

You can move any files into any folder. When you are in My Files, check the box of the file you'd like to move. Click MANAGE FILES and then click MOVE FILES. Choose the destination folder from the drop-down menu and click MOVE. The file will be moved to the folder you chose.
