The Type column indicates what an item is.
Scanned-article indicates an article that you have scanned and uploaded to your account.
Scanned-ad indicates an advertisement that you have scanned and uploaded to your account.
Pending-send indicates that someone has sent you documents that are pending your acceptance.
Pending-share indicates that someone has shared a folder to you that is pending your acceptance.
Pending-transfer indicates that someone has transferred a folder to you that is pending your acceptance.
Subject
The Subject column indicates the title of the scanned article or ad, the name of the folder being shared or transferred, or the name of the person sending documents. The subject will display as a hyperlink and you can click it to view the properties of the item being sent.
From
The From column indicates who shared or transferred the folder or documents. For scanned articles and ads, this column contains the magazine name or brand name, respectively.
Date
The Date column indicates when the item was received in your Inbox.
