The Recycle Bin is where you move files to delete them from your hub. It works much like the Recycle Bin on the desktop of your personal computer.
Restore
When a file in the Recycle Bin is selected and the RESTORE button is clicked, the file is transferred from your Recycle Bin back into your WuliWeb hub. The files that have been restored will be identified as (restored) at the end of the file name.
Delete
When a file in the Recycle Bin is selected and the DELETE button is clicked, the file is permanently removed from your WuliWeb hub. Once a file has been deleted from the Recycle Bin, it cannot be restored.
Empty
When the EMPTY button is clicked, all files in the Recycle Bin are permanently removed. Once files have been emptied from the Recycle Bin, they cannot be restored.

Remember, you can only permanently delete files and folders that you own. You are the owner if you originally created the folder, if you initially uploaded the file or if someone transferred ownership to you. If you are not the owner of the files, you may only restore the deleted files to your My Files library.
