  • Coordinate all aspects of web and print production including critical path charts, schedules, cost estimates and timelines
  • Maintain administrative functions including file and database management, digital archiving, concurrent versioning, and network administration
  • Train, supervise and establish schedules for writers and production staff, maintaining a cross-functional team environment
  • Set work priorities, perform operations analysis and troubleshoot day-to-day deadline/project conflicts, finding creative solutions if necessary
  • Maintain and track chargeable client hours for budgeting and cost/benefit analysis purposes
  • Develop collaborations between product managers, marketing, programmers, developers, technicians, and quality assurance engineers
